Grow San Angelo Fund
The Grow San Angelo Fund (GSA) is an economic development partnership between the City of San Angelo Development Corporation and the Grow America Fund, Inc. (GAF). 

The GAF is a wholly-owned affiliate of the National Development Council (NDC), one of the nation’s oldest not-for-profit corporations specializing in community, economic and public facility development. The GAF, a nationally recognized Small Business Lending Company has also received designation as both a New Markets Tax Credit Program and Community Development Financial Institution by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, CDFI Fund.

The GSA is designed to assist eligible small businesses within the City of San Angelo obtain the financing required to grow their business. GSA will look to finance healthy, successful small businesses that need expansion capital.
 
Loans under this program will be underwritten by the GAF and guaranteed by the SBA under GAF’s Small Business Lending Company License. Therefore, each loan must comply with SBA guidelines and procedures. Once a request for financing is approved, GAF will also close, disburse and service each loan.
 
The Concho Valley Angel Network (CVAN)
This network is a not-for-profit membership organization dedicated to bringing together accredited investors and entrepreneurs. CVAN provides a forum which gives investors the opportunity to review quality early-stage business proposals, and entrepreneurs the opportunity to submit and present their proposals to a panel of qualified investors who can provide assistance and mentorship during the development stage. http://www.cvangel.angelgroups.net/
 
Capital Certified Development Corporation (Capital CDC)
Capital CDC is a leading private, non-profit provider of business financing solutions throughout Texas and New Mexico. In 1993, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified Capital CDC to act as a provider of the SBA’s 504 Loan Program and to act as a catalyst for economic development.
